John P. Pinto, MCSE, MCSA, MCTS, MCP, has experience planning, implementing, and supporting IT solutions for medium-sized businesses through Fortune 500 companies across multiple countries.

John began his IT career in 1997 in New York City’s financial district during the dot-com era. Through years of hands-on infrastructure and networking work, he developed deep experience across Microsoft-based environments, network architecture, server-based computing, and enterprise troubleshooting. His specialties include Active Directory, PowerShell, SharePoint, NLB, Kerberos, and complex infrastructure support.

Fast forward to 2026, John is now a cloud-focused Systems Engineer, Technical Architect, and full-stack agentic coder with experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting cloud-based solutions for large-scale organizations. He brings a DevOps mindset, using scripting, automation, and AI-assisted development workflows to streamline processes, reduce human error, and improve operational reliability.

John quickly adapts to new technologies and platforms, with a strong focus on successful project execution and exceeding management and stakeholder expectations. With 30 years of hands-on IT experience, he combines a deep infrastructure background with strong troubleshooting skills, creative problem-solving, full-stack development capabilities, and expertise across IT operations, management, contracting, procurement, and vendor relations.
