Needed Updates:

* SharePoint Foundation 2010: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2394323/
* SharePoint Server 2010: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2394320/

I did the actual installation using the August 2010 cumulative updates. The installation process is exactly the same. Please follow that article here using these binaries:
